As you know, I am participating on the Child Hunger Ends Here campaign with ConAgra Foods. This is one of those campaigns that I would be in support of even if I wasn’t asked to promote it!
These are my adorable nieces, Paityn and Sophie, and our nephew Schyler. Our other niece, Hailee was helping run the table but she’s missing. I loved that my Bestie did this at her local garage sale. And, they did awesome as you can see!

As you may recall, I didn’t do a “rally” per se, but I taught a Coupon Workshop. Use your talents the best way to help support this great cause!

I have recently started stock piling items, especially CONAGRA items and have began to donate the extras, free items, or close to free items to local foodbanks and also to families in my childhood neighborhood that I know are struggling.
I try to purchase ConAgra Food items as well as donate to my local Food Bank.
We like ConAgra products. I use my coupons to snag free or inexpensive items we dont use to donate to our local food bank.

I love ConAgra Foods! I give to my local food bank by promoting on Facebook all the free food giveaways online (that I can find) who donate to food banks – and, of course giving them cash!!! They can do more with cash than I can afford to give them in food.

Our church has an ongoing food collection for the SEM food pantry in Mt. Washington, so we try to bring an item or two each week. This past Saturday my son celebrated his 6th birthday with a party and asked his buddies to bring a food item or two instead of a gift for him. He was so thrilled to be able to carry 6 bags of groceries into church with him the next morning thanks to his buddies’ generosity!

I posted the contest message on my wall on facebook.
I have been stockpiling for a while, a friend and I were talking and her church was preparing for their Vacation Bible School, and they were going to prepare the kids lunch each day, as many folks in our area have lost jobs,with plants and small business closing, this was the church’s way of helping the community. I was able to send a variety of supplies. Now the church has the congregation bringing in their coupons from the Sunday papers. I pick them up and work deals for them, we also have a nice portion of goods for the shoebox program they participate in each Christmas. Its been a great experience for me and my family to be part of this giving experience.
