Well, starting back into posting again. Slowly but surely. While I did take time off from posting here daily, I was not off by ANY means. There are SO many behind the scenes things that happen to maintain a blog. Sometimes I never get time to sit and think about “stuff” or make things pretty on the actual site. I got to do a little bit of that. Plus, I had a lot of work to do on other projects I have been furiously working on.

All fun stuff for sure!

I realized that I have never officially put a call out for people who have ideas they would like to post and share with savingslifestyle.com readers. So, I’m making it official now! If you have posts you would like to contribute, I would love to hear from you. I am looking for topics primarily in the following areas:

• Strategies to Save
  What areas in your life have you been able to save? That is an idea to share with someone!
• Strategies to Earn
  Have you found ways to earn additional income – cash, gift cards, whatever! There is probably a reader who could benefit from learning your tips too!
• Menu Planning or Favorite Recipes
  Do you have a set way you plan out menus (and follow through with them, that is my downfall)? Or, a favorite family recipe (inexpensive or not). I will highlight them for you!
• Gardening Tips like my friend, Mare’s new site, Farm Fresh Backyard ^[1] – LOVE IT
  This is a personal goal of mine this year, so if you have experience and want to share please – I selfishly want to hear from you!! (-:
• Domestic Stuff
  Again, selfishly :) Do you organize like a bad mamma jamma? Know the best trick to cleaning (if so, will you come live with me for a few days?? PLEASE)? You could just help lots of people with your expertise!
• Blogging Tips
  These will be posted on SavvyBlogging.net, which is an amazing resource and community that has formed in the past few months. If you are a professional person and would like to share tips on anything related to blogging, taxes, trademarks, copyrights, etc. We would love to hear from you too!

That is certainly not all inclusive, but it gives you an idea. And, if you have another suggestion just let me know. We can figure out if it makes sense here. Also, I know many of my loyal readers are not bloggers, I WANT to hear from you too! I remember when I started to “extreme” coupon and I would share it with others who are older than me. They looked at me like it was “old news.” I would just say “Where were you when I needed this information.” I am convinced there is always something people can share to help others! Of course, bloggers are amazing resources too so if you blog and have ideas, I’d love to highlight you too!

Finally, the area I want to do more of is to hear YOUR savings stories. Do you want to share how you started couponing and how it’s helped – how you have blessed others, even? Are you working your way out of debt (like us)? I’d love to spotlight you and have you share your story.

I relate to “real” people because we’ve likely been through similar struggles. Your personal story can – and is – an encouragement to so many, and I’d love to share it. Actually, that’s part of why I ask more personal questions in my giveaways. I love to hear more from you since I know giveaways get you to comment :) So, if that’s how I hear that you are lounging and watching a movie this week, then that’s what I’ll do!
