I never went to the circus as a yungun. I remember thinking it would be so cool though. Think about it, as a small child, going into a huge tent to see elephants drive in little cars, watch clowns throw buckets of nothing into the crowd, and “ooh” over people climbing on the wire high in the air did seem pretty awesome.
As an adult, that that wire walking in the air thing, that just seems like a liability :)
However, I am pretty I am excited to get to take our boys to see “Zing Zang Zoom” put on by the Ringing Bros. and Barnum & Bailey. I am working with Mom Central to spread the news about the circus for my local audience. They have give me tickets for our family, and I get to do a giveaway!

I never went to the circus as a child either, but I was able to go to Bozo Circus!! That was such a great show back in the day!
I got to go to the Circus twice when I was a little girl. Once to Shriner’s circus and once to Ringling Brothers. I have taken my oldest daughter when she was younger to the Ringling Brother’s circus a few times, and she really enjoyed it (even though we had nosebleed seats!) Last year was the first year I got to take my whole family. We unfortunantly couldn’t afford the Ringling Brother’s circus so we went to the Shriners circus. Which the kids didn’t know any different and they truly enjoyed every minute. I think my favorite part was watching their faces light up in amazement and watching all their unique expressions!
My father took me to the circus when I was about 9 or so. I just remember the earthy smell and the lights and the colors. It is this huge spectacle in my memory of magic and awe. I would love for my kids to have that.
I used to always go to the circus as a small child whenever one came to our very small hometown in the countryside. They were all pretty modest, though, without all the more exciting things, such as elephants, fire spitters, etc. I would LOVE taking my children to see a real one, especially since March 10 is my birthday!!

I still remember going to the circus when I was little! I loved it…funny thing is that my favorite memory is of the toy that my parents bought me…this twirly thing that lit up SO bright! How fun it would be to take my own two little boys! I wonder if they still make those twirly things?!

Many times to the circus~what fun!
I went to the Shine Circus as a kid with my grandparents.
I’ve been to the circus before I had my children. But we’ve never taken the kiddos yet. I think they both would really enjoy it!

Like you I had never been to the circus as a kid. I didn’t go until well into my 20′s. I love the circus as it is just like being a kid again! We tried to take my son for the 1st time last year and almost as soon as we sat down he got sick all over me! It was the worst experience ever! I would love to try again as he will be 4 in May and we have another one due to be here mid April. It would be so special to take him as one of the last things we did while he was an only child. Thank you for all that you do!

at 35 never been to a circus. would love to take my 2 boys to see it. the closest i have been was to watch the circus train come in town a couple years back. my oldest was excited about that but was upset cause we couldn’t take him.

I recall going to a Shriner’s circus as a kid. Our kids have never been to the circus.
I have not been to the circus since I was about 8. I do not remember anything except we almost didn’t make it because it was in the middle of a snow storm. I would love to take my boys! I have a 16 and 7 year old, neither have ever been. Free tickets would be wonderful,as buying them is not in the budget.

I went to the circus a few times as a kid and have been once as an adult. My Mom and Dad actually got tickets to take my family of 4 and the 6 of us all went together. It was very neat to see my parents excited about being at the circus with their grandchildren. I’m sure it brought back memories of their being there with my sister and myself. And isn’t creating special memories with loved ones what it’s all about?!

My grandfather use to take me when I was little , and last year for a Christmas present I gave all my family tickets so we all went as one big group and the ticketmaster found us seats that the kids had no one in front of them in the middle of Bank of Kentucky they lived it and I was there with all my family including my husbands family.
We are new to the area and my kids (2 and 5) have never been to the circus. The circus is a fond memory of my childhood. Seeing the commercials for it on TV are so exciting.
My parents took me to the circus when I was younger. My favorite part was watching the motorcycles go around upside down! Still amazes me.

The first time I went to the circus was as an adult with my children. I lived in a rural town growing up so we didn’t have the opportunity to go. I’m happy that we were able to take our kids though, it was such fun. They really enjoyed it! We would all love to go again.

I have always loved the circus, although I didn’t go to it often. I’ve gone a couple of times with my kids, but that was several years ago. I’m sure they would love to go again. They enjoyed the cotton candy almost as much as the performances. It was great that before the show, you could go down to the floor and mingle with the performers.
My niece and nephew have never been. I would love to take them. Please pick me!!

I went to the circus as a child and loved it! It is such an amazing experience that I think stays with you forever! My husband and I took our older two children when they were younger, but haven’t ever taken our younger tow girls. Economy and all, it just didn’t ever seem to work out. I know they would LOVE to go, so I hope I win! We went to the circus when my son was 2 years old (11 years ago). My husband was carring him on his shoulders and we were walking down the stairs to go into the center ring before the show started. My husband lost his footing and feel face forward down the stair and into the stadium seats. All I could do is watch them fall. Some how he turned and caught or protected my son from getting hurt but needless to say we spent the first part of the circus in the first aid. Neither of them got hurt badly but my husband didn’t enjoy that trip to the circus very much. I would love to give it another try.

My family would love to go to the circus! My son was able to go with his preschool…but they (the circus) now stopped doing the morning show and the preschool can no longer take their classes on the field trip. My daughter is now in the same preschool and is crushed that she won’t be able to go to the circus like her brother did.. I’d love to win the tickets to surprize her!
