I am excited to announce that I have recently partnered with the local newspaper, Cincinnati Enquirer! I will be known in the community as the *Cincinnati Savings Expert* (gah, it’ll be a title to get used to).
This partnership has several components to it, but a big part is simply relaying my blog information to a larger local audience. While I have done a lot of teaching for non-profits, I am hoping that this partnership with the Enquirer will allow me to do lots of different things, but hopefully offer community classes of some sort (we still have to work out details). Remember – you really shouldn’t be paying for that information when learning to coupon is right at your fingertips :) You can check out Cincinnati Locals on Living to see my mug shot :)
I am extremely excited about this new partnership because, honestly, it means I will have more exposure to an audience I may not have had before. According to a savings index that measures coupon use, Cincinnati is the third most frugal city in the US! Cincinnati likes coupons! This partnership really helps me to better achieve my personal mission in relaying the idea of savings to new people. But, with an audience who is already frugal minded, it’s just a matter of guiding them to the resources they may have not have thought of previously. I am excited to continue to help more people save money on what they need so they can spend it on what they want! It’s a very empowering feeling, as you already know if you’ve been saving for a while.
Now, what does that mean for you, my readers? I may add the occasionally Cincinnati coupons or deals, as I kinda always have done (if you remember the mention of the Museum and Amusement Park deal I shared back in December). I will work out a schedule to possibly include the deals lumped into one post, but I still need to work out the logistics of that.

So, that’s that. I felt like I should share that with you since this partnership helps me to achieve a few of my 2010 Blogging goals too! 2010 is already starting with a bang!
On a side note, YESTERDAY (January 31) was actually my blogaversary! I’ve been at this for two fabulous years now. I am still as passionate about it today as I was the day I first pressed publish! Thanks to all of you who have been with me that long. YOU are the reason I keep at it!
