I didn’t get the RR for the Almay One Coat that has the bonus eye make remover in it, so don’t get that one! I guess it’s not included. :(
Its not the one coat that produces the RR, its the pure blends. The one coats are still a $1 MM because the IVC takes off $4 for each one.
