I have done a lot of work with Subway. When they contacted me to share about the School Rewards program that they launched this fall, I was excited! I love to find little things to help support my school!
The new Subway School Rewards program is a great way to show support for your school by doing the things you may already be doing – eating at Subway! When you use a Subway Card, your school can receive 2% of your purchases. All you have to do is register online and add your school as the designee for your Subway Card purchases. The school will receive a check each school year.
To get your school (and even homeschooling families) enrolled with the program is easy. Simply visit the Subway School Rewards site to add your Subway Card for the designated school. There is a comprehensive Program FAQ to help you answer questions about the program too!
Since I received a Subway Card, I went ahead and added my school to get the cash back. It was so simple and now I know 2% of my purchases will be going to my school! FYI, you can also reload your Subway card (or even have it auto-reloaded) so you only have to load one card number on the School Rewards site.
It’s these little things that can add up to a HUGE difference. For us, it will be a purchase modification since we aren’t currently using a Subway Card. But, to ensure that at least a portion of my purchase is to support something I believe in is worth it. There is only positive that comes out of that, right??!! Plus, if you eat Subway a lot, this I think it’s just as easy to carry a card around versus cash (which I never have anyway).

I have a daughter who’s 8 and in 2nd grade, and a son who is 5 that we decided to send to preschool instead of right to kindergarten this year. They have two sister’s ages 2 and 11 months!

I’ve been following your blog for the better part of a year and finally subscribed! I am expecting my first in March and would welcome a break from cooking with a dinner @ Subway since I teach preK-8 all day!
