Hi Andrea,

Just now looked back on here…the message is saying “oops, the link you clicked to print this coupon was not valid. Please contact the site where the link was found for help.” I looked on Smart Source and didn’t see the Carmex on there, so maybe it’s over limit??? Thanks anyway! :-)

Kim, if it is for a different RR promotion (which is was), the RR should STILL print. I am not sure why it didn’t print for you. As long as you got the right types of listerine, it really should have printed. Since there are 2 RR deals going on, is it possible that you picked up a different type that was in the other RR? That can be the only thing I can think of for not printing. But, the manager isn’t informed in the RR printing, unfortunately.

Not really sure if I should post my question here but here it is. I’m trying to figure out the Wags stores. Here is what happened on my 3rd transaction. Which was at a different store ( next to my house in Trenton)

2 air wick
2 smart rinse
3 reach toothbrushes
3 J&J dental floss

used 2RR ( from oral b toothbrushes)
2- 4 MQ’s Air wick
1- BOGO smart rinse
1- 1off smart rinse
1- instore coupon on the dental floss and toothbrushes

did not print $3 RR on the smart rinse
the manager stated that anytime you use a RR in a transaction that you will not receive another RR for any item , even if is advertised. She pushed it thru and told me she would never do that again.

I know from all of you that I can’t use a RR for a repeat transaction. the oral B toothbrushes are a P&G product and the Listerine is J&J. Help , Please.
