Last Friday, we ventured out to a local park and enjoyed some Subway with friends! In fact many friends and chilluns! Jenny ^[1], Tricia ^[2], Cortney ^[3], Amy ^[4], Becky ^[5], Erin ^[6], Marianne ^[7] and Carrie ^[8]!

Subway was kind enough to donate a gift card for us to purchase our lunch. Since I do try to watch my diet, I love eating Subway and our kids love it too! We shared many subs, chips and yogurt to munch on before the kiddos ran around like little banchees enjoying the spray park. Have I mentioned I am so excited for them to venture off to school next week and learn?? :)

Well, before they hit the spray ground, the boys did their leg lifts, of course. These are 2/3 of mine, and my nephew.

I wasn’t about to do that!

But, I DID get exercise chasing after Andon as he went from tree to tree to random people! That kid NEVER stops moving! Here he is showing Carrie’s son, Brady something on the tree. He’s really probably trying to distract him so he can bolt!

After the day was over, we were all DEAD tired! We had a workout for sure! And, the thing is with these play group/date things, we never get to really talk and engage. It’s all about the kids – you have one eye on the conversation and the other eye on the kids!

But, the nice thing is…we all get that, so it wasn’t weird or rude or anything. And, they know that when I scream in Skype that Andon is driving me nuts, they have evidence to remember what it could be :)
