Menu Plan: Week of August 10

This is a very boring and simple menu for the week. I’m hoping to stay on track with the proper eating so I wanted it to be simple for me.
- Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Broccoli
- Spaghetti
- Salad Greens with Chicken
- Tacos
- Pork Loin, Red Potatoes, Veggies

Do you only plan weekdays? Or, are you just allowing for a couple of leftover nights?
Hey BusyMom – I typically plan 6 days a week. However, since we are out of town on Saturday, I only did 5 this week. I really do need to consider a leftover night because we always have something. Either that, or start to modify the actual amounts of food I make since it’s a waste.
