Build-A-Bear is current running this August special: Buy any animal, any hanging plus a pair of shoes for $29.99 [1]. Now, that isn’t the cheapest thing, but it is fun for the kids!

When we were expecting our second son, Caleb, we took our oldest, T, to Build-A-Bear. T made a bear for his soon-to-be little brother, and one for himself. It was a fun day that we always remember.
Now, I don’t know how strict Build-A-Bear will be, but there is also this coupon to get a FREE accessory [3] (thanks, Short on Cents [4]). This coupon expires on August 31. So, you could potentially get a FREEbie with this deal too :) I would recommend asking first, of course.
