Stefany, I can’t read the bottom of the coupon, but in the past those have always been considered store coupons. The top actually says Instant Value Coupon, so I’m gonna say if it IS just an IVC you should be able to stack it.

okay, you can stack with those? I was wondering because it isn’t a store coupon like the others. It actually states it is a manufacturers coupon. I have been too chicken to try to stack on that one. My daughter goes through hair dye so fast and the cheaper the better.

I was looking at the ad again and I thought the L’oreak hair color was a manu coupon and not RR. Am I wrong?
