Heather, they require a debit card because of all the credit card declines that have gone through. It’s more on the administrative side if they run the cards through several times.

Jill, it will state you are charged the $19.95 and there will be a pending charge for that amount. But, when the order is actually processed it will show up at the sale price of $16. Hope that helps!
