Fran, yes, they are. I had read/heard they are eliminating their Easy Saver Booklet so my guess is they are switching to the RR’s as a way to incent people to shop there.
I purchased a Bayer meter this week using the 30.00 coupon and the rebate inside has a purchase deadline of 1/31/09. Do you know if there are some that might have longer deadlines and maybe I just got an old one or is this the case on all of them? Also, will the free Crest coupon print out along with the $5 register reward next week?
Samantha, you could try to contact Bayer and tell them you just made the purchase and the enclosed rebate had expired. Maybe they would offer you an extension. I’ve never done it but it’s worth it. And, are you talking about the Rembrandt toothpaste being FREE? I don’t see anything about FREE Crest.

There is a save $2.25 off any Ecotrin Aspirin product IP out there. I just found it on one of the sites that has multple coupons and it says on it “powered by smart source”, but I cannot find it again. I was able to print off two. You may want to look online. Major money maker if they are onsale for $2 and $2 RR.
How do I do the Pepsi rebate? Will the information be on display in the store? Thanks!
Amy, the Pepsi rebate offer has ended. I put those coupons up as a match in case people still have their coupons to use.
Samantha, I believe the free Crest coupon you get when you purchase the Bayer meter might be ending 4/25. I don’t see them giving anyone 2 RRs on one item. Also, if you used the $30.00 coupon on the Bayer meter, and didn’t really pay anything, you won’t qualify for the rebate. I did this years ago, and got rejected. If you did, in fact, pay out of pocket for it, you will qualify for the rebate. Hope that help.

I’m not that thrilled with the RRs at Walgreens…it’s a lot easier with the ECBs…it seems like so many people have trouble with the RRs….and I don’t see if getting any better. Just my opinion!!
Thanks for the help. I realized after I posted that the rebate period ends on the 25th and figured out that the Crest deal would no longer be active! I was originally planning on purchasing additional meters (without coupons) in separate transactions and use my parents’ addresses since they don’t do rebates….. but since the rebates seem expired and it’s so close to the Walgreens deadline, I’m not going to worry about it! I got a free glucose meter and free Crest out of the deal, anyway!

I haven’t seen this one around yet, but it’s a good deal for us because my husband uses these regularly. Dr. Scholl’s inserts are on sale 2/$20 with a $10 RR. And there is a printable coupon for them here: http://www.drscholls.com/drscholls/company/specialoffers.jsp.
After coupon and RR, it’s like getting 2/$6.
I just went to the Dr. Scholls link above and it appears the coupon states it expires in 2001. Has anyone used this coupon yet?
It drives me crazy that I NEVER have the same SS coupons as everyone else :( I really want to get that Nivea overage, but I seriously do not have a Nivea coupon in any of my SS! Gaaaaah! Sorry, had to vent… I guess “just free” after RR isn’t so bad, though ;)
Kendra, I completely understand! I was frustrated about a few coupons last week. Paying for something isn’t as good as getting it for FREE!
