I was REALLY happy about that after my Albertson's trip from hell (with my kids and my first time doing all this major coupon stuff and them being out of everything on the list). I love Smith's. This has happened 5 times now, and everytime the process to try and get manual credit takes forever ( up to now, I stil have not gotten credit…because they need faxes of all this different parperwork ).

I finally called Kroger, and the their Marketing department called me back. They originally told me that it is only for the Atlanta area.

I called them back and told them that was not what their site and Cellfire said.

So, she apologized and said she wasn’t sure why it isn’t working….and sent me a $5 credit for the trouble.

But, up to now, still not working for me.

If anyone in the Cincy area gets it to work…can you let me know?

I just signed up for cellfire today, and while reading the FAQs noticed that it said that you cannot combine paper coupons with the cellfire coupons. Just thought I’d let you know.
