That’s all I see this week worth the mention. Do you have something you want to highlight? Leave a comment and let everyone know!!
Some other general Walgreens reminders:
- You can find the complete ad scan for this week here (thanks to HCW).
- Don’t forget the October Easy Saver Rebates and IVC’s here.
- Be sure to check out the donation challenges that are going on in the blogosphere! You can read my snack on some of those here (expired).
- If you’re new to Walgreens shopping, please read my Top 5 Tips to Play Walgreens! These snacks may seem confusing until you know how the play the game!!
Do you know if the Motrin, Benadryl, or Tylenol include the infants or children’s bottles?
Anonymous – from the ad it does NOT appear that any children’s meds are included.
They are on ECB at CVS during this week if you need it though.
There is a $5 coupon on benefiber stick pac in the easy saver catlog. Combine that with $2 off and you can get it for .99 cents.
Looks like Alka Seltzer product is free after RR, right??
Anonymous – yes, I totally missed that!
$4.99 Alka Seltzer and receive a $4.99 RR upon purchase.
Thanks for the catch!
Just wanted to THANK YOU for all the deals you put together each week, I look forward to coming here each week, although I do visit during the week too ;)
Your time and effort are very much APPRECIATED!!!
There’s a $2 coupon for pert plus that will be in tomorrow’s paper. With the IVC and that coupon, it becomes a money maker.
so you have an RR and a rebate for the candy deal… is that right? I did this and didn’t get any RRs, but I didn’t know if I should say anything because I couldn’t find it posted anywhere.
Hannah – YES, there is a $4 RR when you purchase $10 in the brands of candy listed. PLUS, you also get a $4 Rebate when you purchase 4 bags.
If you’re RR didn’t print, and you purchases 4 bags, I would go back to the store to see what they want to do to rectify the situation. And, remember, using coupons should have no impact on whether your RR prints (they have been saying that a lot lately).
In my ad it did not have the $4RR, is this a cat deal? It only has the MIR
Andrea – the Theraflu, etc. deal is actually buy 3 and get $8 back. There were $2 q’s for Theraflu in this weekends paper, making them $2.99 after the coupon. Buy 3 of those (total $8.97 before tax) and get $8 back. Plus there was a mail in rebate in this weekend’s paper as well!
Christie – I am looking at my ad and it doesn’t have the RR deal either. So, not sure where I heard that from since the preview ad doesn’t have it either…maybe wishful thinking. I’m sorry! I corrected the snack to reflect accurately.
Emily – thanks for that catch too! That is a good deal for sure! I have corrected the details to reflect 3.
If you ever host any giveaways you can list them on my site if you’d like to. Or enter to win the ones already listed. It’s free.
