You remember the snack on Shortcuts and the P&G Esaver coupons? Well, here’s another manufacturer’s e-coupon program exactly the same – it’s through Unilever.
Just load Unilever Making Life Better e-coupons onto your Kroger Card (other cards are available, but all within the Kroger chain) and redeem them at the grocery store in addition to your hard copy printed manufacturer coupons. All you need to do is register your card. You can also see all the FAQ’s on the program.
The kicker is you can ONLY have 25 total e-coupons from P&G Esaver and Unilever on your card at once. So, take a look at each site and keep track of how many e-coupons are loaded. Each site gives you the option to print the list that you have selected for your card so maybe doing that will help as you’re planning.
In the event there are multiple e-coupons you want to take advantage of but your card is full – you will have to wait until the e-coupons are showing as redeemed and then load others to make a separate trip later in the week. But before you rush back out, consider the gas it will cost to go there again, your time, etc – saving that extra $? may not be worth it (unless you’re already going anyway).
Ultimately, you will have to be selective as to what you’re choosing to be on your card – I would be disappointed to load a coupon that I really didn’t need only to find that my card was full when there was a coupon I really did need.
From my experience so far, it looks like Shortcuts is the only one that rotates their coupons more frequently – P&G Esaver has their coupons listed for a longer time period, and it looks like Unilever is similar to that too (just from looking at their current expiration dates).
So, here is another great way to maximize your grocery savings!!
Wow, this is great! Thanks for posting this. Question- is it 25 coupons TOTAL or 25 per site?
alyssa – it’s a combined total of 25. That’s why it may be tricky at times if there are more than 25 we want to have on our cards.
cool, thanks
Oh…I am SOO excited. I am absolutely LOVING these e coupon sites.
Maybe I will have just log in with my grocery game list each week and load so as not to go over the 25 total. Hmm…I need to think about this.
I signed up and It said there were no stores in my area participating. (I live in the NKY/Cincinnati area) I signed in again to make sure I didn’t make a mistake typing in my Kroger card number only for it to let me load coupons. It still said when I clicked back to the main “my account” page that I had no participating stores in my area. Anyone else from Cincy try? I’m going to Kroger tomorrow so I’m sure I’ll find out then :)
Melanie, it did that to me but I thought it was a fluke. I logged back in and then I saw a Kroger logo in the right side bar. I clicked on that and I was able to get back to the coupons to load them. Try that and see if it works.
Has anyone been able to load to a Safeway brand store? I have Dominick’s but I am only showing Kroger stores…
HI alleykat, hopefully someone else will chime in on Safeway since I’m a Kroger gal.
